The Dingoo Process, from A to Z
Order Import
Delivery and collection requests are received seamlessly into our platform via API integration or automatic file import (FTP/email). Whether you have 200 or 2,000 daily orders, our system ingests them all.
Advanced Address Validation
Every address is validated using Google Address Validation to extract precise geolocation data. For the less than 5% of addresses that need attention, our Human-in-the-Loop process ensures accuracy before routing begins.
Warehouse Preparation
At the customer warehouse, our drivers use the Dingoo Mobile App to accept orders, with information sent via API to our system, automatically triggering route optimization in the background based on delivery addresses.
AI Route Optimization
Our algorithms create optimized routes considering the delivery vertical (parcel, grocery, pharma), vehicle capacity, and our Hub & Spoke model. One van paired with two bikes can handle up to 300 deliveries per day.
Smart Box Loading
Orders are placed in standardized boxes, each holding up to 10 small deliveries. The boxes fit into frames inside vans (3x3x4 grid = 36 boxes) and bike adapters (2 boxes each). Our app provides the exact placement matrix for optimal loading.
Departure & Delivery
The van departs as both a delivery vehicle and a mobile hub for the bikes. Drivers use the Dingoo Driver App for navigation and real-time status updates. Every delivery is tracked with live notifications for complete transparency.
The Hub & Spoke Model

Our innovative model turns every van into a mobile distribution hub. The van carries 36 standardized boxes and serves as a moving collection point for the electric bikes, which take 2 boxes at a time into areas where vans can't easily reach.
